The Everbuild Path and Patio Seal is a solvent-free acrylic coating designed to protect and enhance patios, paths, natural stone, concrete and block paving. This versatile sealer guards surfaces against damage from sunlight, water, oil, petrol and fungal growth, making it ideal for both residential and commercial hard landscaping applications. The milky solution dries to form a hardwearing, water-repellent film that provides a low sheen, slip-resistant finish. This protective barrier reduces dirt pickup and makes routine cleaning significantly easier, whilst the powerful fungicide prevents unsightly moss and mould growth. The coating also improves the appearance of dull or weathered stone and concrete surfaces, restoring their natural colour.
