This is the bare tool variant of the Black & Decker BCD900, supplied without a battery, charger, or carry case – the ideal choice if you already own compatible Black & Decker 18v batteries and simply want to add an SDS Plus hammer drill to your existing toolkit at the best possible value. Despite being a bare tool, the BCD900 loses nothing in capability. Three operating modes – rotary only, rotary hammer, and hammer only – make it suitable for drilling into concrete, masonry, steel, and wood, as well as light chiselling and demolition tasks. The SDS Plus chuck accepts all SDS Plus bits and chisels. Note that the chuck adaptor for straight shank accessories is not included with the bare tool option. An adjustable side handle, depth stop, and integrated LED worklight are all included as standard.
