1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of timmtomm.com (the "Service") operated by webpowers UG (haftungsbeschränkt). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

TimmTomm is a price comparison platform for home and garden products. We aggregate product data and prices from third-party shops and redirect users on demand. We do not sell products ourselves and are not a party to any purchase you make at a shop.

3. Prices and Availability

• Prices are updated periodically from partner-shop data feeds.
• The price shown by the retailer at checkout is always binding.
• Shipping costs and availability shown are non-binding.
• Offers we can't re-confirm for an extended period are automatically hidden.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

TimmTomm earns affiliate commissions. Clicking a shop link may trigger a commission for us if you make a purchase. There is no extra cost to you, and product ranking and selection are not influenced by commission rates.

5. Acceptable Use

• No automated access (bots, scrapers) without our written permission.
• No circumvention of technical protections.
• No unlawful use of the Service.
• Content and data may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance or updates may cause temporary interruptions.

7. Liability

We are unconditionally liable only for intent, gross negligence, harm to life, body or health, and mandatory statutory liability. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of material contractual duties and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. We assume no liability for contracts you conclude with partner shops.

8. Intellectual Property

The TimmTomm name, logo and original site content are protected. Product images, descriptions and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for price comparison.

10. Changes

We may amend these Terms where reasonable. Material changes will be announced here with an updated date.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers domiciled in another EU member state may rely on mandatory provisions of their home country. Place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, Augsburg, Germany.
