1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. They keep websites functional, remember preferences and — with your consent — help us analyse usage and show relevant content.
2. Which cookies do we set?
Strictly necessary cookies
Required for the site to function. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| tt_consent | TimmTomm | Stores your cookie consent | 6 months |
| tt_country | TimmTomm | Stores your selected country | 1 year |
Analytics cookies (consent only)
Help us understand usage and improve the site.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Pseudonymous usage analysis | up to 14 months |
Marketing / Affiliate cookies (consent only)
With your consent, these connect an ad visit to a later shop click. Google Ads measurement, as explicitly described in the consent choice, records voluntary shop clicks with a fixed optimisation value of EUR 1.00, including later uploads from our server. This value is neither confirmed revenue nor a merchant purchase. Affiliate networks may set their own cookies when you click through to a shop.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| awc | Awin | Affiliate click attribution | 30 days |
| _gcl_* (e.g. _gcl_aw) | Google Ads | Ad and shop-click attribution; only after explicit Google Ads marketing consent | typically 90 days |
| tt_ads_consent_ref | TimmTomm | Stops pending Google uploads when consent is withdrawn in this browser | at most 30 days |
| tt_visitor | TimmTomm | Recognise returning browsers, associate device and origin data and vary shops on repeated ad clicks; only after consent covering this purpose | at most 30 days |
| tt_arrival | TimmTomm | Connects an ad visit to an intentional shop click | 30 minutes |
| tt_arrival_event (sessionStorage) | TimmTomm | Avoids counting an ad visit twice after a reload | Browser tab session; attribution for 30 minutes |
| ad-id, *-amazon-affiliate | Amazon | Affiliate click attribution | 24 h |
